1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed adult activewear in its original condition. Items must have all original tags attached and be in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: underwear, swimwear, and any items marked as “Final Sale.” Personalized or customized products are also final sale.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without this authorization cannot be processed.
4. Return Shipping and Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Inspection and Refund Process
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s). If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation upon completion.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and provide a replacement or full refund.
