All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully processed.

3. Shipping Destinations and Costs
We ship to over 120 countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location, package weight/dimensions, and selected shipping method.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and related fees imposed by their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

6. Shipping Restrictions and Address Accuracy
We cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers.
